Escrow Officer

West Shores Realty, the fastest-growing brokerage in the South Bay, is expanding its DRE-governed escrow division. We are seeking a Junior or Senior level professional to join West Shores Escrow. Compensation:

Junior Level:

Hourly pay + performance incentives.

Senior Level:

Commission with a base guarantee for qualified applicants.

Annual Range:

$50,000 - $200,000+ (Total earnings dependent on experience and production).

Required Qualifications:

Junior:

Must possess or be actively pursuing a DRE License and Notary Commission.

Senior:

Must have an active DRE License and Notary Commission.

Software:

Experience with RBJ Escrow Software is highly preferred.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of DRE (BRE) escrow regulations, trust accounting, and the full lifecycle of resale, commercial, and refinance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the escrow desk from opening to closing. Type Escrow Instructions/Amendments and clear Preliminary Title Reports. Prepare accurate Closing Disclosures (CD) and estimated closing statements. Balance and disburse funds while maintaining strict trust accounting standards. Collaborate with 400+ West Shores Realty agents to ensure top-tier client satisfaction. Why West Shores?
