Esko Operator-1st Shift

We are seeking a Print Production Machine Operator in Pennsauken, NJ to join our print plate production team. This role supports the manufacturing of flexographic printing plates used in corrugated packaging and display materials. Industry specific training will be provided.

Schedule:

Training on first shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Long term schedule may move to 6:00 am to 2:00 pm based on production needs Overtime available Responsibilities Operate Esko CDI or similar computer to plate imaging equipment Produce flexographic print plates using sheet and liquid photopolymer processes Load, expose, washout, process, dry, and finish plates according to job specifications Monitor multiple machines and production stages simultaneously Follow detailed work orders, artwork files, and setup instructions Inspect plates for quality, accuracy, and defects Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace Communicate with design, production, and mounting teams to meet deadlines Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirement Qualifications Experience operating Esko CDI or similar computer to plate systems strongly preferred Flexographic print plate or photopolymer plate making experience highly preferred Experience in wide web or narrow web plate production a plus Experience in printing, prepress, or packaging environments helpful Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment Ability to read measurements and follow technical instructions Basic computer skills IND38
