Job Description:
As our Estate Planning Advisor, your primary mission is to deliver an exceptional client experience through thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and genuine care. You'll leverage your legal expertise- leading both prospective and current clients through estate planning, will, and tax considerations
- while working with a collaborative financial planning team.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
Host and deliver engaging estate planning seminars and education events, offering clear, actionable insights to prospective clients Guide estate, will, and/or tax focused conversations, offering individualized options based on every prospective client's unique needs Develop trust and build rapport with prospective and current clients, serving as a reliable, knowledgeable advisor Serve as the firm's subject-matter expert in this stage of the prospective client journey. While you won't draft legal documents, your deep understanding of them will be essential to guiding conversations Help convert prospective clients into long-term relationships by combining genuine connection with proven expertise Partner with Marketing, Financial Advisors, and firm leadership to continuously enhance the prospective & current client experience Partner with the firm's external attorney at law, acting as a liaison between him and the the client, to draft all legal documents, give final recommendations, and ensure their executionYou Are Perfect For This Role If You Have:
An unwavering commitment to serve others A belief that this is more than just a paycheck; that the work you do is purposeful You want to use your expertise to advise, educate, and create tangible impacts outside of the traditional legal landscape Are a JD or an attorney (barred anywhere- SC preferred but not required) Attorney with 2+ years of experience, up to 10 years, looking for a more client facing role Background or strong interest in estate planning, wills, and/or tax You're just as comfortable in front of a room presenting as you are sitting one-on-one with a client Basic financial industry knowledge preferred Superior organizational & time management skills; ability to multitask Excellent relationship building skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

The starting base salary for this role will be $80,000
- $120,000 (OTE $100,000
- $180,000).
