  • Are you an accomplished Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with a proven track record of excellence in the metal manufacturing industry?
Do you have the expertise and passion required to drive safety, compliance, and sustainability in a challenging yet rewarding environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a recognized leader in the metal manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking EHS Manager to lead their safety and compliance initiatives.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Oversee all safety-related activities throughout the steel fabrication facility. + Foster a culture of safety within the organization. + Implement new safety procedures and principles in the plant. + Ensure compliance with all OSHA standards daily.
  • Essential Skills
  • + Degree in EHS Management preferred + Strong knowledge of OSHA 500 and OSHA regulations. + 5
  • 7 years of experience, preferably in a metal manufacturing environment + Experience in construction safety. + Proficiency in EHS management and safety program development. + Experience with safety audits and quality assurance.

Contract Pay:

  • $41/hr + Salaried pay raise after the 90-day contract period and conversion to permanent employee +

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, SC.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $40.87
  • $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
