Position Overview We are seeking a warm, skilled, and professional Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you'll provide advanced esthetic treatments, guide clients through personalized skincare plans, and help create a welcoming, results-driven environment. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure they receive exceptional care from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic and advanced medical spa services, including facials, chemical peels, and other corrective treatments Provide personalized consultations, treatment plans, and skincare recommendations tailored to each client's needs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Ensure clients receive exceptional care from arrival to departure, including pre‑ and post‑treatment guidance Stay current on industry trends, treatment protocols, and product knowledge Support daily spa operations and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow Promote retail products and home‑care routines to help clients maintain long‑term results Qualifications Valid California Esthetician License and 2+ years of esthetic experience Strong technical skills in advanced treatments Sales experience with confidence recommending products and services What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus commission Career growth and advancement opportunities Employee discounts on services and products
