Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and etc. Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or skincare products. Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in strict compliance with sanitation standards and industry regulations. Update client records. Demonstrate excellent customer service by building rapport, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and techniques to continually enhance your skills and service offerings. Skills Proven experience in retail sales of skincare products or related beauty items. Knowledge of European and American facials, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion and eyelash extensions Skilled in body waxing techniques including hair threading for precise results. Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a spa or salon setting. Licensed and certifications required by local regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
