• Full-time Commercial construction company specializing in Divisions 9, 10 and 11 has an immediate position available for an estimator.

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience in Divisions 9, 10, 11 and 12 (Required)
• Understanding of construction bidding and estimating documents
• Experience analyzing and interpreting architectural plans, performing take-offs
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, detail oriented with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work independently as well as with others
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, managing and meeting multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computers, including MS Office
• Prior work experience in the construction industry, 5+ years work experience in estimating preferred
• Salary based on experience
• Full Time
