You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success. ____________________________________________________________________________________ What You Bring Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered. Progressive construction or preconstruction experience ranging from early career (1-2 years) to senior-level (10+ years), depending on role scope. Valid driver's license may be required; subject to Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) review in accordance with company policy. Technology proficiency scaled to role, including: Excel and Microsoft O365 (required across all levels) Estimating and takeoff tools (e.g., WinEst, On-Screen Takeoff) Scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) for advanced roles Nice to Have Foundational to advanced understanding of construction documents, building systems, sitework, and general construction principles. Knowledge of estimating practices including material costs, labor productivity, and conceptual budgeting; depth of expertise aligned with level. Experience with bid types such as GMP and Lump Sum (Hard Bid) preferred/required for senior-level roles. Proficiency or ability to develop proficiency in construction coding systems (MasterFormat, Uniformat, CSI). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to manage, interpret, and validate large datasets for accurate estimating. Demonstrated ability to learn systems and continuously improve estimating accuracy and efficiency. Leadership experience (typically 5+ years) required for management-level roles, including team development and preconstruction strategy oversight.
