Estimator- Print and Mail Services

We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Print & Mail operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing accurate, timely cost estimates for print, mail, and fulfillment projects while working closely with sales, production, and vendors. What you'll do Prepare detailed estimates for digital, offset, large-format, and direct mail projects Analyze job specifications, materials, labor, and production methods to determine accurate pricing Collaborate with sales to refine project scopes and provide pricing guidance Work with production teams to validate schedules, capabilities, and cost assumptions Maintain vendor relationships and obtain competitive quotes for materials and outsourced services Update and manage pricing databases, rate tables, and estimating tools Support job planning and handoff to production once projects are awarded What you bring 2+ years of estimating experience in print, mail, or related manufacturing Strong understanding of print production workflows, postal regulations, and mail preparation Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., PrintSmith, Pace, Avanti, Midnight) Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex job specs Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple estimates with tight deadlines Why join us Competitive compensation, benefits and PTO Stable, growing company continues to invest in People, Processes and Technology Great Team environment Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k options for all full time employees.
