Estimator/Assistant Project Manager

Mondragon Paving is seeking a motivated individual to join our team willing to learn and develop different set of skills within the construction industry.

Responsibilities for estimator:

Read and interpret job bid instructions, specifications, and drawings. Utilize existing systems to estimate, bid, and issue proposals based on field data. Customer follow up discussions Work closely with project manager completing plan take-off's and proposal preparation. Keeping Updated Notes and Documentation on all Projects Skills Self-Starter, Consultative Sales Approach, Excellent Communicator, Management of Process and Procedures Manage Sub-Contractors, Ability to deal with adversity Ability to work a flexible Schedule Multitasking abilities, Attention to small details is a plus Mathematically inclined is a plus The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job.
