The pay rate starts at:

$25/hour for most, or $35/hour for LPNs, or $45/ for RNs To qualify for LPN or RN pay rates, you must have an active license. Regardless of your certification, you will receive a $5/hour pay bump after three months if things are going well. This role is not through an agency—work one-on-one with me in a supportive, consistent position. I'm looking to hire a caregiver to fill this shift. Responsibilities Include:
