Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces Follow safety protocols during all custodial activities to ensure a secure environment for everyone Document completed tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or school environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as mopping and buffing Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that inspire productivity and comfort!
