Evening Guest Service Associate

Evening Guest Services Associate Retreat Property Nestled in the Sequoias We are seeking a friendly, welcoming, and dependable Evening Guest Services Associate to join our team at our peaceful retreat property nestled in the beautiful Sequoias. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, creating positive guest experiences, and helping maintain a warm and relaxing environment for our guests. This position combines guest service, light food preparation, and upkeep of shared spaces during quieter evening hours. Position Details Part-time to start — approximately 24 hours per week Seasonal opportunity with potential for additional hours as business increases Evening shifts required

Pay:

$17-$19 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with evening guest needs Answer phones and assist with reservations or guest questions as needed Prepare light meals and snacks for room service orders Deliver excellent customer service in a calm, professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas Assist with light cleaning and upkeep during slower periods Help create a peaceful, welcoming retreat atmosphere for guests Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks Reliable and punctual Previous hospitality, guest service, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer A unique opportunity to work in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by the Sequoias Supportive and team-oriented environment Opportunity for increased hours during peak season Meaningful work helping create memorable guest experiences If you enjoy hospitality, nature, and creating a welcoming environment for others, we would love to hear from you.
