Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill a dual role as a Massage Therapist and Guest Services Support. This unique position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality massage therapy while assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of our boutique hotel.

Responsibilities:

Massage Therapist:

• Provide a variety of massage techniques tailored to guests' needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy
• Assess guests' individual needs and create customized massage therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment environment
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage and suggest appropriate wellness treatments

Hotel Guest Services:

• Assist the General Manager to oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries efficiently and courteously
• Assist the General Manager to supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Qualifications:

• Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license
• Proficiency in various massage techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hotel management or hospitality preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
