Evening Hotel Maintenance Supervisor Department:
Engineering Reports to : Engineering Director Responsible for general maintenance and/or minor repairs for the resort while maintaining a clean, and sanitary environment for Guests and Employees. Life:
Smile! Focus on safety for yourself and others. Ensure all buildings have adequate heat, lighting, and ventilation systems that are properly cleaned and in good working condition. Monitor and recommend maintenance needs for wells and potable water systems. Recommend repairs and improvements to buildings and equipment. Inspect buildings and grounds regularly and keep resort signage in good order. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Perform and oversee a small team handling general repairs such as painting, patching, hanging shelves, and landscaping according to the work schedule. Assist departments with office equipment and furniture moves. Support the Director of Engineering with maintenance functions as needed. Is this the job for me: Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems required. Able to work well with others is required. Strong customer service skills required. Current, valid driver's license required. Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, and regulations preferred. Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus. Ability to use ladders, lifts, and access confined spaces. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs. Fine motor skills for handling small parts and tools. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods. Ability to operate equipment, tools, and machinery safely. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (snow, cold, wind, rain, heat). Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise, fumes, dust, and chemicals. Ability to work long or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
