Position:

Full-Time Evening Line Cook Hours:

4:00 PM

• 11:00 PM (may vary)

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dinner appetizers, pizzas and entrees. Ensure high-quality standards and consistency. Follow recipes and presentation standards to create appealing and delicious dishes. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards. Adapt to special dietary requests and preferences as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a line cook or similar role, preferably in a hotel or café setting. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and pizza preparation is a bonus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Creative mindset with a passion for food and baking. Positive attitude and strong team player with good communication skills. Certification in food handling or culinary arts is a plus.
