Immediately Job Description Eagle Hill School is seeking a professional, motivated, and energetic Registered Nurse. The position allows the appropriate candidate the opportunity to directly make a difference in the lives of our 210 high school students.- Maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Meet or exceed all expectations as outlined in the Massachusetts "Professional Code of Conduct as a Registered Nurse".
- Participates in the orientation and training of teaching and residential staff.
- Preferably maintain certification as a First Aid and CPR Instruction
- Assist with the daily operations of the Medication Administration program. Prepares medications for dispensing in advance of need. Dispenses medications as instructed by a qualified provider. Assures all required documentation is present.
- Coordinates all student medications for weekend and vacation home visits.
- Evaluate each student presenting to the Infirmary for illness or injury in a timely manner. Determine and carry out an appropriate plan of treatment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
