Academic Year—September 2026 Eagle Hill School, an independent boarding school in Hardwick, Massachusetts, seeks a makerspace teacher to join the faculty for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will hold a degree in fine arts, engineering, technology, or STEAM education. The position will include responsibility for teaching a variety of classes including metalwork, resin, and three-dimensional design. In addition to teaching duties, modest evening, and weekend duties (e.g., advising a club or activity, coaching, supervision of shared spaces) are required of all academic and student life faculty. Job Responsibilities Use a variety of instructional strategies to motivate and inspire students in the creative arts. Ensure students have the proper safety training for each area of the makerspace. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues about student progress. Engage in the boarding school community and co-curricular programs as well as provide inspirational and innovative education in the classroom setting. Benefits

Salary Range:

$45,121 to $64,230 Eagle Hill offers faculty housing in addition to medical, dental, vision, life insurance benefits, long-term disability, 403(b) retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
