DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager in planning and executing events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves organization, and wants to grow within the events industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with event planning and logistics Communicate with vendors and follow up on orders Support client communication and proposals Track timelines, checklists, and deliveries Assist with on-site event execution

REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years experience in events, hospitality, or admin Strong organizational skills Excellent communication Ability to multitask Must be available nights and weekends Fluent Spanish and English

COMPENSATION

Hourly $23 - $28 per Hour / 40hrs a week Performance incentives 1 Week paid
