Bethesda Country Club is looking for an energetic, organized, and creative part time Event Coordinator to help bring incredible member experiences to life! From golf tournaments and tennis socials to elegant dinners and signature Club celebrations, you'll be at the center of the action - helping to plan, organize, and make sure every event runs seamlessly. What You'll Be Doing ✨ Help coordinate and execute exciting private and Club events ✨ Work closely with catering, banquet teams, vendors, and Club departments ✨ Help plan member favorites like golf and tennis events, swim activities, and seasonal celebrations ✨ Keep event details organized and running smoothly through accurate BEOs and event documentation ✨ Update event calendars, flyers, reservations, and member communications What We're Looking For 1+ years of hospitality, catering, restaurant, hotel, or country club experience Strong multitasking and organizational skills A positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Publisher Weekend and holiday availability Someone who enjoys teamwork, creativity, and making events memorable Perks & Benefits 401(k) with company match Flexible scheduling, paid sick leave A fun, team-oriented environment where your ideas and energy are valued Come help us create events our members will never forget!
