Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently every day.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and components Responding quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintaining accurate maintenance records using Google Docs and related software Monitoring inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors What We're Looking For Skills & Experience Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers, email, and Google Docs Strong communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship Physical Requirements Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely use tools and maintenance equipment Preferred Qualifications Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical certifications are a plus Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Us?
