Job Description

Overview Our company is an international event execution firm headquartered in China, with an established branch in Thailand, and we are currently building and expanding our new U.S. branch. With over 25 years of experience in AV, lighting, and live event production, we deliver professional and creative solutions for clients across industries, including automotive events, exhibitions/trade shows, and product launches. We also provide exhibition booth build and on-site installation services, and we are currently expanding our U.S. team to support this growth. Due to growing demand and an expanding client base in the U.S., we are seeking a responsible, execution-driven Event Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage events end-to-end—from concept and planning to on-site delivery and closeout—and will be comfortable coordinating vendors and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Own and manage the full project lifecycle: concept/proposal support, pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up/reporting. Serve as the primary contact for clients; align project requirements with internal teams and vendors and translate needs into actionable plans. Conduct venue coordination based on site survey reports and finalized proposals; develop practical execution plans and timelines. Organize and drive project progress meetings; track milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure schedule adherence. Monitor project quality and process control; identify issues early, coordinate resources quickly, and resolve on-site problems effectively. Build and maintain complete project documentation and archives. Experience Bachelor's degree or above. 2+ years of project management experience in exhibitions/events (MICE) or a related industry ( AV or event PM experience preferred ). Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients/vendors. Proven ability in project management, multitasking, and operational problem-solving. Calm under pressure situation, detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible; strong on-site judgment, responsiveness, and execution ability. If you're passionate about turning plans into successful live events and want to grow with an expanding organization, we'd love to hear from you.
