Events Execution and Hudson House Manager The Events Execution and Hudson House Manager provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for Hudson House. This role ensures all hospitality, culinary, and event programs are delivered to the highest luxury standards while driving profitable growth and elevating the Beringer brand. About the Role Financial & Operational Leadership Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and overall financial strategy Oversee capital expenditure projects Manage food and wine inventory, cost tracking, budget adherence, and cost-saving initiatives Review monthly financial performance recaps Monitor and manage internal lunch and dinner cost per meal Manage and oversee all culinary and event equipment inventory Ensure ongoing maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment Lead payroll management for staff Oversee processing and payment for vendors and external service providers supporting events and operations Strategy, Collaboration & Growth Partner with the Beringer Hospitality Leadership Team, Event Sales Team, and Culinary Lead to develop business strategies, menus, and sales objectives Collaborate with the Trade Experience Manager to create and promote new hospitality offerings Develop and package external event offerings—including education, dining experiences, and tastings—in partnership with the Event Sales Manager Support initiatives that enhance brand image and drive event bookings and wine sales People Leadership & Team Development Directly manage the Culinary Team Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development and career progression Assess seasonal staffing needs and coordinate hiring with Talent Acquisition and department leadership Ensure compliance with company policies while fostering a high-performance team culture Lead monthly team meetings Expand and enhance wine and culinary education programs Event & Hospitality Execution Provide hands-on leadership and execution of events Support broader property events at Beringer and other TWE estates as needed Oversee daily hospitality operations to ensure exceptional quality, service, and presentation Manage vendor relationships Partner with Rhine House on retail food pairings and culinary programming Support Rhine House food and wine programs (e.g., cooking demonstrations, vendor activations) Standards, Compliance & Facilities Ensure the safety of both team members and guests during all hosted activities Establish and uphold luxury service standards and operating procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning facility Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and company health and safety regulations Lead preparation for and management of all health inspections About You Associate's Degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in event planning combined with restaurant management experience Strong food and culinary expertise Advanced wine knowledge Ability to consistently convey a positive, professional, and brand-aligned presence Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Exceptional guest service skills, including the ability to manage and de-escalate challenging situations Why You'll Love It Here Our culture is built on bringing our whole selves, being courageous, and delivering together—it's our DNA and at the heart of who we are at TWE. Employees may perform repetitive tasks such as pouring, restocking, and cleaning. Occasional use of ladders or step stools may be required. Pay Transparency Disclosure The base pay range for this position is $89,000-$94,000 per year , plus additional benefits. Compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, and market alignment. The role is expected to be based onsite in St. Helena . Treasury Wine Estates reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
