EVS/Housekeeping Shift Lead

Job Summary Housekeepers :

+ Perform daily staff safety briefings + assist staff with time management + productivity budgeting + perform cleanliness inspections + perform patient experience rounds + Staff satisfaction rounds + ensure all daily positions are covered, and tasks completed+ fill in for any positions that are open + daily cleaning procedures in accordance with HHS training videos and on the route specified in assigned areas. + Great communication skills. + Freshen-Up assigned areas at the beginning of each shift. + Maintain a positive relationship and promote a cooperative, harmonious work climate. + Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
