Source candidates through multiple channels Conduct screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, utilizing effective communication skills and structured interview techniques. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies including campus recruitment and executive recruiting efforts. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through relationship management and employee relations practices. Assist with employee orientation programs and onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless integration experience. Stay informed on employment & labor law compliance to ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal standards. Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with familiarity in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and managing expectations effectively. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices. Ability to conduct cold calling for candidate outreach and lead generation efforts confidently. Familiarity with social media management tools for sourcing candidates across various platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in employee relations.
