A prominent consulting firm based in downtown Chicago is seeking a polished and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a team of senior Executives. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing executive support with project coordination responsibilities, with only 2 days onsite each week. The position offers a competitive salary of $85K-$90K, along with a lucrative compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401(k), bonus opportunities, and paid overtime. Executive Assistant:
Efficiently manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities while ensuring projects and deliverables remain on track Manage all communication with Clients and internal key stakeholders with professionalism and a strong sense of urgency Maintain discretion and professionalism in all executive and client interactions while handling highly confidential information Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics coordination Prepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and reimbursement tracking with accuracy and timeliness Coordinate meeting logistics, conference calls, and follow-up action items while supporting day-to-day operational and administrative needs Perform various administrative and project-related tasks as needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Requirements of the
Executive Assistant:
Bachelor's degree preferred At least 3 years of executive support experience supporting senior-level Executives or leadership teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with Clients and Executives Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment Highly organized, driven, and professional with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment P-5
