Ability to enable the working of the CEO following the vision and values Experience in one or more of following is desirable: Recruitment, Business Development, Human Resources, Administrative Support, Accounting, IT Industry, Business Analysis, Social Media etc. Knowledge of tools like HRMS, Project Management tools is good to have Experience / deep interest in technology and willingness to learn Should like working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint Extremely meticulous. Attention to detail is very critical Excellent verbal and documentation communication skills. Some scheduled travel is involved

Responsibilities :
Support toCEO:
Work closely with the management team to help compile various business reports. Assist in creating business plans in coordination with Business Unit leads and conduct reviews Preparation for the business meetings including review of previous decisions Recording the Minutes of the Meetings and following up Assist in conducting review of staff reporting to CEO CEO Calendar Management, Travel Arrangements, and other office supportBusiness Coordination Support:
Coordinate with various Business Units on behalf of CEO. Communicate the instructions and provide feedback on a very regular basis. Assist CEO in prepration for meetings and decision making data Actively support in business development including proposal management and customer followups Identify and participate in Industry events online and on site Support the Ambassador program HR Operations and Staff relationships Hiring and onboarding office staff- including work visa and immigration support.
Product Coordination:
Present Project Status of various products and projects undertaken by the company Present the status on related activities like Promotion, Budgets, Patent, registrations, etc. Review and provide recommendations on various documentation like User Stories, Test Cases, BRD, FAQ, promotional items, etc.Contracts:
Review various SOW, MSA, TO, PO, etc. and highlight variations Communicate with various outside entities for the legal matters including attorneysSocial Media Management:
Manage the social media accounts for the CEO Coordinate the company social media presence e.g. websites, LinkedIn, etc.Key words:
