Job Description
This is not a typical assistant role. You'll work directly with the CEO of SOS Entertainment as a right-hand operator across multiple high-growth initiatives. If you are organized, fast-moving, and wired to execute at a high level—this is a rare opportunity to build alongside a founder.
These high-impact projects include:
A cutting edge and established event production company (800+ events/year) (founded in 2001) An emerging global equipment sourcing and sales channel (designing and selling event-based equipment) Recent Acquisition of a 37 Acre Ranch Venue in Oceanside slated for development into an Public Event Space A creative brand centered around music, mixes, and curated content Position Roles and Responsibilities Manages executive schedule and acts as liaison for the rest of the team Prepares information and research for executive needs, upkeep at-a-glance dashboards (events, clients, team, priorities) Work along a current Operations Manager, tracking all major initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups Plan/organize and implement company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects. Trains, manages, and supervises lower-level team members, assists with on-boarding Customer relations / Customer Service as required Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains filesSpecific Project:

Help grow SOS Entertainment to $10M Annual Sales (currently around $6M Annually)Specific Project:
Assist with early phases of development for recently acquired event venue, investors, developers, etcSpecific Project:
Assist with new line of equipment sales, local fabrication and imports from China (CEO speaks Mandarin) Qualifications and Requirements Essential Uplifting, engaging, likeable personality. High level of reliability and ethic Strong organizational skills demonstrated ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and learn new systems quickly High-level written and verbal communication skills. Helpful, proactive and communicative spirit with fellow teammates Willingness and ability to learn quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Not afraid to labor diligently, meet deadlines, etc Unrestricted driver's licence and good driving record Three to five years' prior experience in mid- to senior-level administration, business, management, or related field Desirable Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields Background in sales, logistics, or operations Production Management and/or Event Management experience Mandarin fluency (bonus) Compensation Package $85-105k Starting Base Salary Bonuses (ranging from $10-25k per year) PTO and Benefits Package (worth $10k) Future opportunity for growth with openDirector, VP or Company President Positions Pay:
