Carr's Hill is seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level support to the Managing Partner of Carr's Hill. This position is a vital resource to the team, and the primary function is to support the responsibilities involved in managing the firm's day-to-day operations. In addition to core administrative duties, the role encompasses office management, calendar and travel coordination, and personal assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate will exercise good judgment in a range of situations, bringing a proactive personality with strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative and organizational abilities, and the capacity to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to grow within a dynamic investment firm.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential matters with a high level of integrity and good judgment.
- Arrange travel for the team, including flights and accommodations.
- Plan Board of Directors, investor and other meetings held locally and out of town.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, team events, and occasional firm-hosted gatherings, including catering, A/V setup, and space preparation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, including office supply ordering, and building management coordination.
- Manage incoming calls to the firm and direct communications to the appropriate team member.
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and investors visiting the office, ensuring a professional and hospitable experience.
- Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents, presentations, and reports in support of the firm's objectives.
- Assist team with preparation of expense reports.
- Manage the Managing Partner's personal calendars, coordinating family appointments, social engagements, and personal commitments alongside professional obligations.
- Complete personal errands and impromptu projects assigned by the Managing Partner, including tasks related to family needs.
- Coordinate personal travel arrangements for the Managing Partner and immediate family members.
- Handle personal purchasing, event tickets, reservations, catering orders, and other requests as they arise.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Partner. Minimum Qualifications
- 2-5 years of applicable experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Consistently positive and proactive approach to daily interactions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
- Strong digital and technical aptitude.
- Prior experience working with a senior executive or high-net-worth individual. Key Attributes

- This is a full-time in-office position, Monday through Friday, with occasional availability required outside standard business hours.
