Community Relations:

Represents the bank in civic, government, and professional organizations to promote the brand.

Risk & Compliance:

Ensures the market adheres to banking regulations, policies, and internal credit standards.

Portfolio Management:

Oversees commercial loan portfolios, focusing on asset quality, risk rating, and monitoring delinquency.

Qualifications:

Typically 10+ years of banking or commercial lending experience. 3-5+ years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field. Required Skills Strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and local market trends.
