GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is seeking an Executive Assistant/Payroll Office Administrator for our Vancouver, WA office.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the day-to-day front office administrative duties. Assist General Manager with any projects and reports needed Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines. Compiling and maintaining any reports needed. Maintain and update calendars. Maintain and update all business licenses. Assist in Onboarding/Offboarding employees. Payroll
  • (union experience a plus). Certified Payroll Reports Work with corporate offices with any benefit changes and training for non
  • union staff.
Audits in payroll, Boli and certified payroll. Notary a plus. Assist accounting with accounts payable and receivable as required. Reconciling checking and credit card accounts Back up the receptionist in answering, screening, and transferring inbound phone calls. Support sales staff, operation managers, and supervisors with any projects needed. Event planning company socials, outings, lunches, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
EXPERIENCE:
5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience within and administrative function position. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Applications and Software. Construction and Accounting background perferred Problem assessment and solving, attention to detail. Strong customer service interpersonal skills. Customer service orientation. Strong knowledge in managing payroll and certfied payroll process in a construction field preferred. Team player.
Work Schedule:
Full Time
  • 40 hours per week (7:00 am
  • 4:00 pm).
