JOB SUMMARY

Develop and increases high-end player profitability by building strong professional relationships, actively acquiring new VIP business, encouraging club card utilization, and providing superior service and recognition.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible in attending to the gaming amenities of the top 1% of the casino's data base. Build strong relationships with their personal list of players that are specifically coded in the Executive Host's name. Responsible for year over year revenue growth for all their coded players. Entrusted with the highest complimentary authority of all hosts. Responsible for the development of high theoretical new members. Assist with planning, coordination and execution of events, promotions and sales initiatives designed to attract and maintain high-end players. Plan and attend on and off-site VIP events, administer the benefits of the reward program and provide personalized sales and service to VIP guests. Maintain aggressive contact with assigned VIP guests via telemarketing, written correspondence, email and personal interaction. Consistently deliver on all departmental and individual sales goals. Serve as a player expert for casino gaming, simulcasting, and racing.
