You will oversee the culinary operations across this law firm. This role offers immense creative freedom to curate and execute elevated, high-end menus for Breakfast, Lunch and all Catering Events service, all while ensuring every dish is delivered with absolute perfection to meet the standards of our client. Back-of-House:

Take full ownership of strategic purchasing, inventory, and food cost analysis. You'll use your expertise in production forecasting to keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine.
