Job Description

Executive/sous chef position for small, upscale concept. Daily responibilities include prep, supervision of kitchen helpers, linecooking, nightly clean up. Must have solid culinary background in scratch kitchens and the ability to work well with staff. Average work week is Tuesday through Saturday 12:30-9:30 with occassional Sunday and around 45 hours per week. Restaurant is closed on all holidays with the exception of New Years Eve and Valentines Day.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
