Executive Chef

Location:

Salary:

$65,000 base + 2% of banquet sales (total comp ~$90,000)

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in a golf club, country club, hotel, or high-volume banquet environment Strong experience with banquet and event execution, including weddings, tournaments, and member events Proven ability to manage food and labor costs, inventory, and kitchen operations Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead, train, and develop BOH teams

Responsibilities:

Oversee all culinary operations including la carte dining, member events, and high-volume banquets Lead and develop kitchen staff, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution Plan and execute menus for daily service, tournaments, and private events Collaborate with club leadership to enhance member experience and event offerings
