Job Description:
You Are A compensation professional with deep experience in executive compensation, proxy development, and Compensation Committee material preparation. You blend strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate complex compensation concepts into clean, executive‑ready deliverables. You're comfortable operating in a matrixed environment, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisors, and managing sensitive executive‑level data with discretion. You Will Develop Executive Compensation Committee Materials — Build clear, accurate, and decision‑ready decks summarizing program design, benchmarking, pay‑for‑performance, equity actions, and governance updates. Lead Proxy Statement Development — Coordinate inputs, validate data, and support drafting of CD&A, compensation tables, director compensation, and governance disclosures. Conduct Executive Job Benchmarking & Pricing — Perform market analyses, evaluate job architecture, and recommend competitive pay structures and incentive mix. Design Short‑Term & Long‑Term Incentive Programs — Support modeling, scenario analysis, performance metric selection, and equity plan design. Drive Data Analytics & Modeling — Build and maintain compensation models, equity valuation scenarios, pay‑mix analyses, and year‑over‑year comparisons. Partner Cross‑Functionally — Work with HR, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to ensure alignment on compensation decisions, approvals, and disclosure requirements. Support Equity Plan Administration — Track grants, vesting, performance metrics, and award agreements; partner with Workday and external administrators. Apply Consulting, SDLC & PMO Skills — Use requirements gathering, process improvement, QA/UAT, and project management capabilities to improve compensation processes, tools, and governance workflows. Maintain Governance & Compensation Calendars — Track proxy milestones, committee cycles, equity timelines, and annual compensation events. You Bring Experience in executive compensation, proxy development, and Compensation Committee support. Strong analytical and modeling skills; comfort with complex data sets and scenario modeling. Knowledge of short‑term incentive and long‑term equity compensation design, objectives, and mix. Experience with executive job benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation structure design. Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms. Background in Technology or Financial Services consulting, including SDLC, requirements definition, QA/UAT, and PMO execution. Ability to produce polished, executive‑ready materials for senior leadership and the Board. High discretion and professionalism when handling confidential executive information. Strong communication, organization, and project‑management skills.
Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year , with the actual pay dependent on your skills, experience, and location as they relate to the job requirements.
