Executive Director Charter Senior Living of Gateway Park -
Greenfield, IN Starting Salary:
$120,000/year + Bonus Potential Lead a Community. Drive Results. Change Lives. We're seeking a proven Executive Director who can lead with both heart and accountability —someone who can drive occupancy, build strong teams, maintain operational excellence, and create an exceptional experience for residents and families. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced senior living operator who understands that success requires balancing: Resident care Team culture Financial performance Sales leadership Regulatory compliance What You'll Own Full operational leadership of the community Occupancy growth and overall financial performance Resident and family satisfaction Team leadership, accountability, and retention Regulatory compliance and survey readiness Budget management and expense control Sales oversight and move-in conversion support Community reputation and local market presence Collaboration with department leaders to ensure strong daily operations What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living or Senior Living Strong track record in: Occupancy growth Sales leadership Revenue and expense management Team development Ability to lead both operationally and strategically Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions Experience opening or stabilizing communities preferred, but not required Leadership Expectations The ideal candidate: Leads from the front and holds teams accountable Understands how to drive census while protecting culture and care quality Builds trust with residents, families, and staff Can confidently manage both clinical and operational leaders Thrives in a fast-paced environment where urgency and follow-through matter Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $120,000/year Performance-based bonus potential Education reimbursement opportunities Get paid early with ZayZoon Free medical insurance option Medical, dental, vision coverage PTO + holiday pay Career growth opportunities within Charter Senior Living Why Charter Senior Living Our mission: To Enhance the Human Spirit —for residents and employees alike.
