You'll be exposed to a variety of patient cases—ranging from general and bariatric post-op to overflow medical patients—within a 34-bed, progressive unit dedicated to high-quality outcomes. Schedule/Hours:

7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, rotating days 3 shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed) Every 3rd weekend, rotating holidays No call requirements

Qualifications:

Active RN license with 1+ year of experience Current BLS certification Strong teamwork, flexibility, and time management skills Experience with post-surgical drains, Epic EMR preferred Effective patient advocacy and communication abilities Professional and adaptable, comfortable with floating to similar units as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to post-op and medical overflow patients Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Safely administer medications and treatments using Pyxis, document efficiently in Epic Maintain adherence to facility standards and promote a positive work environment
