Qualified and serious applicants only to oversee two kitchen operations Cork and Rye Gastropub/ Cask Restaurant is a locally owned and operated 65 seat restaurant serving up upscale American pub fare. We are a scratch kitchen preparing our menu daily with local fish, produce and poultry deliveries. The executive Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with menu implementation, ordering, and mangement of the kitchen in the Chef's absence. This is a leadership position and will be a manager of kitchen teammates. The Sous Chef will help with specials, planning, inventory, and managing of supplies. Also aid in making sure the kitchen is up to safety standards and that staff are obeying sanitation rules. Responsible for working on the line in addition to some ordering. Full time position, salary offered. Health insurance, paid time off, flex schedule.
