Job Description

Spring Mill Manor , under new ownership by Pen Ryn Estate, is expanding its Culinary Team with Dynamic, Attentive and Detail Oriented Executive Sous Chefs . Chef Responsibilities Be Your Own Boss, within the guidelines established by the Executive Chef. Spring Mill Manor has two separate banquet facilities, each with its own kitchen and culinary team. Are you the right Chef? Run your own culinary team ? The Executive Sous Chef Will Manage and Assist All Aspects of Daily Kitchen Operations Including Leadership and Direction of Kitchen Personnel. Ensuring that all Recipes, Food Preparation, Presentation, Event Turnout and Kitchen Breakdown Meet our Specifications and Committment to Quality is a Primary Goal. Qualifications
  • 3 Years Sous Chef Experience in a Upscale Banquet Environment
  • Extensive Cooking and Production Experience/Culinary Degree Helpful
  • Knowledge of Basic Culinary Training and Oversight Techniques
  • Understanding and Committment of HSAP Procedures and Requirements
  • Ability to Communicate Professionally and Clearly with Other Departments Salaried Full Time Position ($70k+ to start), 401
