Job Description
The Executive Steward position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department, and ensuring cleanliness, organization, safety, and sanitation expectations are strictly adhered. Essential Functions:
Responsible for all cleanliness, sanitation, and organization for all areas within scope of responsibility. Ensure all kitchenware is cleaned and maintained in a timely manner to meet business demands. Provide exceptional guest service for all external and internal customers. Responsible for the operation of the Stewarding department, successful performance of employees, and a favorable guest experience. Manage expenses based on budgeted guidelines and business volumes to include payroll and staffing levels.Required:
Associate's degree or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educations and experience. Knowledge of applicable health department codes, applicable OSHA regulations, and sanitation laws.Similar jobs in Carterville, IL
