First Shift General Description Are you interested in working for a World Class Custom Manufacturing company? OEM Fabricators, Inc. an ISO certified company and manufacturer of the year award winner, is a full service custom job shop that is looking to hire skilled Material Handler at our Neillsville, WI facility. Currently we have an opening on our first shift which is Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. OEM offers a full benefits package. Requirements The following listed articles are required (or as deemed necessary by the hiring authority) for the initial acceptance of a Material Handler. A High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Have minimum of one (1) year of experience. Prefer that candidates have a good knowledge of material handling experience. Responsibilities To monitor and expediate the flow of parts and projects through the manufacturing process Drive a forklift and move parts Resolve problems as they occur Maintain stocking areas in good order Work with supervisor and lead persons on proper flow of parts Use time and material effectively to meet or exceed Company's requirements Advise supervisor of problem areas Perform an acceptable amount of work with few or no errors Drug Testing Notice OEM is committed to a drug-free workplace.
