Experience Bartender/Mixologist

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Your ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain food safety standards will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing friendly service and recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events to provide seamless service. Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and managing sales transactions effectively. Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or as a bartender is mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in catering or retail math is a plus, enhancing your ability to manage inventory effectively.
