Part-time, Saturdays required , some evenings until 8pm About Us Montclair Rejuvenation Center is a growing, modern medical spa with two beautiful locations in Verona and West Caldwell, NJ. We specialize in advanced aesthetic services including injectables, laser treatments, facial services, and more. Our mission is to help clients look and feel their best while delivering an exceptional, results-driven experience. We are looking for a skilled and personable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for aesthetics to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires a combination of medical expertise, artistry, and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures (training provided) Conduct consultations, assess patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and expected results Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and repeat business Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory guidelines Collaborate with the team to cross-refer patients for other spa services Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols Ability to hit and exceed sales goals and quotas Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of New Jersey (Required) Prior experience in aesthetics or injectables a must Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings until 8pm Why Join Us?
