Responsibilities:

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion General "Make Ready" of apartments including sheetrock repair and painting Experience with all interior plumbing and electrical a must Perform other duties, as assigned Pick up grounds On call

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Multi-Family property maintenance Mastered use of hand-held tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Have own tools for regular maintenance Have your own reliable transportation Have a smartphone with unlimited data Able to pass a background check Able to lift more than 50 lbs Able to walk stairs Pool Certification preferred This candidate will tend to the day-to-day maintenance of the property. Willing to work "on-call". Be available to work Rent Week Saturday. We use an app on our phone as a communication tool. Use of this app is required to track completed work. Pay determined on skill set and experience. Pay will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, get Paid Holidays, and be eligible for vision and dental insurance after 90 days.
