We are growing and looking for a skilled associate to join our team. About the role We are seeking an experienced associate dentist to join our practice 3-4 days per week. This is a high-autonomy role for a confident, high-producing clinician who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care. What you'll do Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established patient base Perform oral surgery including surgical extractions and third molar removal Complete molar root canals in-house without routine specialist referral Build strong patient relationships consistent with our patient-first philosophy Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience Proven proficiency in oral surgery and molar endodontics Demonstrated history of strong production Exceptional chairside manner and patient communication skills Active Utah dental license (or eligibility) DDS or DMD from an accredited program Compensation & schedule $250,000 - $400,000+ annually depending on experience and production 3-4 days per week Competitive benefits package
