What You'll Do:

Greet service customers promptly and professionally Answer service calls and schedule appointments Communicate repair needs, estimates, and timelines clearly Coordinate repair orders with Technicians Keep customers informed throughout the service process Recommend additional maintenance or services when appropriate Maintain accurate service records Deliver an exceptional customer experience-every visit

What We're Looking For:
