Experienced Automotive Technician

Journeyman Automotive Technician (B-Level Technician) NO Nights NO Weekends Air Conditioned Shop We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician with 3-5 years of experience who is confident performing diagnostics and repairs independently while continuing to grow toward Master Technician status. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicle systems and components with limited guidance from Master Technicians when needed. Complete maintenance, inspections, and repairs efficiently and accurately. Assist with training and mentoring entry-level technicians as needed. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to support workflow and timely repair completion. Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Take accountability for dealership-owned tools, equipment, and service information. Maintain proper parking, cleanliness, and appearance of assigned shop and lot areas. Maintain a minimum of 80% efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of automotive technician experience. Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems. ASE certifications in progress preferred. GM training at least 50% completed preferred. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
