This is a fast-paced, high-volume bar where personality, presence, and guest connection matter just as much as technical skill. We are not looking for someone who simply makes drinks—we are looking for someone who can create an atmosphere, engage with guests, and bring energy to the bar. What You'll Do Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency, speed, and attention to detail Create an energetic, welcoming bar environment where guests feel engaged and taken care of Build relationships with guests and create repeat business through strong hospitality Maintain strong awareness of the bar, dining room, and overall flow of service Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining composure and organization Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Support servers and team members to ensure smooth overall service What We're Looking For 3+ years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume environment Strong, outgoing personality—you are comfortable talking to guests and leading the energy of the bar Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in and support others Strong interest in cocktails, with the ability to execute consistently and contribute ideas creatively This is not a behind-the-bar-only role—strong guest interaction and presence are essential Why Work With Us High earning potential in a consistently busy restaurant Strong, team-driven environment Paid training Employee dining discounts Opportunities for growth within the company Additional Requirements Must be available nights and weekends Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
