Experienced Mason — Crew Lead / Crew Lead Ready Ray Arnold Masonry • Northeast Ohio • Full Time Who we are Ray Arnold Masonry is a third-generation, faith-grounded masonry company restoring chimneys and steps for homeowners across Northeast Ohio. We've been at this since 1952. We run our company on Psalm 127:1, and we believe the work is only as good as the people doing it. Who we're looking for An experienced mason who runs a crew or is ready to. You know the trade, you hold a standard, and you're looking for a company that matches it. What the work looks like Residential chimney and step restoration across established Northeast Ohio neighborhoods. You'll lead a crew on-site, manage quality, communicate with homeowners, and be the person your crew looks to. We primarily work a 4-day week (Mon-Thu, 10-hour days) with Fridays added as jobs require. How we set you up to succeed Our field supervisor preps every job before your crew arrives — materials figured out, complex jobs scoped and the approach worked through in advance. You get a clean handoff so you can focus on leading your crew and doing the work, not solving logistics on the fly. We don't drop you on a job site and wish you luck. The season Our primary work season runs approximately 9 months. Winter work is available and prioritized for crew leads — as long as we have jobs running, our leads work.
